Our belief is that massage therapy is an integral part of a healthy lifestyle. This philosophy is centered around the idea that the mind, body, and spirit are interconnected, and that holistic therapies like massage can help to heal and balance all three.
We offer a range of massage therapy services, but our specialties are myofascial trigger point and deep tissue therapy. Unlike other massage techniques that just focus on relaxation, these two therapies help treat muscle pain and stiffness as well.
My drive and determination to help people achieve a better quality of life began 17 years ago. After college, I started out with a career in finance. Although successful, it was not filling a deep desire to help others. My background as an athlete, martial artist and avid hiker lead me first to become a fitness trainer and then I incorporate massage therapy into my practice. Combining both disciplines has enabled me to help people achieve both improved functional movement along with pain reduction. My goal is to help people achieve a better quality of life.
